🎓 Our Master in Finance students have just presented an incredible project to Tresmares Capital. 🎯 The challenging question was: How would you build and contrast an SME acquisition thesis? 🤝 Working in teams, students tackled key tasks: 1. Identified a niche market for investment. 2. Analyzed market drivers and competitive dynamics to select a leading company. 3. Conducted an initial company valuation using various approaches and Free Cash Flow forecasts. 4. Performed a sensitivity analysis on key valuation variables. 5. Assessed ESG implications of the investment. 🔧 This project not only honed their technical skills by applying business valuation models, but also provided a real-world scenario, strengthening their teamwork under a Project-Based Learning framework.
