Ayushi Yadav, a PGDM-HRM student from the class of ‘25, pursued her summer internship at Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Ltd. in Mumbai. Her primary task was to design, develop and deliver a model that provided insights into how digital products influenced employee experience. She put her HR knowledge and skill sets to use during her internship and managed to conduct a comprehensive survey covering over 7000 diverse employees, that helped identify gaps and transition into an effective in-house data-driven system.
