Marion Festing, Professor Work & Human Relations at the ESCP Berlin campus, introduces the Managing Organisations and Work in the Digital Age Specialisation of the Master in Management. The specialisation explores modern ways of working from different perspectives, including Entrepreneurship (Prof. René Mauer), Human Resource Management (Prof. Marion Festing), Information Systems (Prof. Markus Bick), and Organisational Behaviour (Prof. Kerstin Alfes). We are interested in finding out how work will change in the future and what the implications are for indivdiuals, organisations and society.
