When you are surrounded by chaos, uncertainty, and doubt, what are the elements of your personality that you turn to in order to forge your path through resistance?
The world is in a continued state of flux, one trait commonly displayed by many of the worlds great leaders is the ability to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
When we strive to become better leaders it's important that we are aware of our skills and we hold an openness to change and a willingness to learn. This awareness is the foundation in becoming a better version of yourself and subsequently a better leader.
Continue to question what is normal, proactively think of better ways of doing things and develop
empathy for your colleagues, peers and fellow mankind and grow into your role in this world and make an impact.
