Lauryn Devine (Questrom'19) entered the Master in Management program with a background in fashion merchandising and psychology, and left with so much more. During her time at Questrom, she built lifelong connections with peers and faculty, gained hands-on consulting experience, and sharpened her negotiation, pitching, and interview skills. She achieved her goal of becoming a buyer and now thrives in a role where she also trains and develops others. Reflecting on her journey, Lauryn says the personal growth she experienced between September and May still surprises her—and she’s already setting her sights on what’s next.
