🎓 Jun.-Prof. Dr. Erik Maier is the chairholder of Retail and Multi-Channel Management. His research is focused on the behavior of consumers in digital commerce and marketing: What do consumers want? Which "journey" do they take. or how do they react to innovations? He works on these questions together with companies and uses the finding for research, lectures and transfer.
