Professor Dame Carol Black, Expert Adviser on Health and Work to NHS England and Public Health England, Chairwoman of the British Library, and former Principal of Newnham College, Cambridge is interviewed on her seminal study on Workplace Occupational Health and Wellbeing by Professor Paul Tracey, Professor of Innovation & Organisation and Co-Director of the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.

Dame Carol shares the trajectory of her career in medicine and extensive research into occupational health, moving on to discuss the importance of mental health in the workplace, with a particular focus on how the working population is adjusting to new and challenging work-from-home environments during the COVID crisis.
