Is doing a master in management program worth it?
Well, it depends.
If you're between the ages of 22 and 25, then let me ask you the following question:
Do you have absolute certainty of what it is that you want to do with your life in terms of career?
Do you have a working knowledge of the sectors and how they recruit and what they look for?
Do you know when is a good time to get there?
Do you know how to get there?
But the most important question I have is:
Do you have the skills, resources and network to get there?
Because if you don't, then my answer is yes.
Getting a Master in Management is worth it, I just hope that you choose a very good school to help you get there.
