Master in International Food & Beverage
The ESCP students of the Master in International Food & Beverage Management visited Ferrandi in Paris, the leading school in culinary and hospitality management in France.
The students had to prove themselves with an interactive workshop about food waste and innovation by consultant Benjamin Lephilibert.
Chef Francois Pasteau gave a lecture about food waste prevention and reduction in his famous restaurant L'Épi Dupin.
